    Started from a tiny garage

    Dew Solutions was founded in 2010 by graduates from IITs and RECs; all with expertise in distributed software development and years of experience servicing the U.S. market

  2. 2014Jan · Growth acceleration

    100 Seater Office

    We reached the milestone of 50+ members and moved to a new office with double the capacity

  3. 2016Sep · Rapid growth phase

    200+ Seater Office

    We reached the milestone of 100+ members and moved to a new office with a capacity of 250 people in first 5 years of operation

  4. 2020Feb · Bigger growth, bigger office

    State of the Art Office

    Moved to a new state-of-the-art office with a capacity of 500+ people. The current office has a huge cafeteria, a recreational area, abundant meeting rooms and funky breakout areas and resting facilities

Dhiraj Chauhan

Dhiraj has vast industry experience of more than 2 decades in BFSI, E-commerce and Retail domains. He is very passionate about Technology and believes in solving complex problems using technology. He is a B.Tech in Computer Science from IIT Delhi.

Co-founder & COO

Gaurav Jain

Gaurav is a B.Tech from IIT Kanpur and has more than 20 years of rich experience in BFSI, Retail & Internet of things. He has a great inclination towards connecting with people and believes technology can break barriers and can bring about radical changes in the society.

Ramraj Chauhan

Ramraj has wide industry experience. He has his head and neck deep down in technology and loves to work on complex technology problems. He has more than 18 years of rich experience & holds a B.Tech degree from NIT Allahabad

Sumit has worked with companies like Idea & HDFC in the past. He is deep into defining complete operational strategy and maintains the core operations for the e-commerce arm of Dew i.e Cilory. Sumit has more than 18 years of rich industry experience in the field of operations

Anshul Chauhan

Anshul has more than 17 years of industry experience in the area of client servicing. She has been instrumental in managing the entire customer services for Cilory. She has helped the team reach the highest levels of customer satisfaction. She holds an M.Sc from Kurukshetra University

Monita Jain

Monita is a strong human resources professional with a Masters in HR from Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad. She has a rich 14 years of industry experience in various functions of HR including Talent Acquisition, Talent Engagement/Development, Growth & Strategy

Late Mayank Mittal

Mayank did his B.Tech from IIT BHU. He always believed that the perfect database design is the key to finding a perfect solution for any business problem. He unfortunately succumbed to Cancer in 2023. Mayank was a great friend, comrade and was loved by all. He will be greatly missed and always remembered
